Granny’s Baked Haddock

A fish-lovers favorite • Serves 4


4 haddock fillets
3/4 Cup milk
2 teaspoons Salt
3/4 Cup crushed Keebler Club Crackers
1/4 Cup grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 teaspoon ground thyme
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 Cup butter melted

Preheat oven to 500° F. In a small bowl combine milk and salt. In a separate bowl mix crushed cracker crumbs, garlic, Parmesan cheese and thyme. Dredge haddock fillets first in milk, then press into crumb mixture to coat. Place fillets in glass baking dish and drizzle with melted butter. Bake on top rack of oven until fish is done and flakes easily, about 15 minutes.
