Haddock with Becky’s Seafood Stuffing

From Granny Graffam's cookbook • Serves 4


4 haddock fillets
1 lb. Seafood Stuffing
Kosher salt
Black Pepper
2 cloves garlic chopped
1/4 Cup white wine
1 stick melted butter

Preheat oven to 350° F. In a small bowl combine melted butter, wine and chopped garlic. Pour half the mixture into the bottom of a baking dish. Place fillets in baking dish, brush with wine/butter/garlic mixture and season with salt and pepper. Add an equal amount of stuffing to the top of each fillet creating an even layer. Drizzle with remaining wine/butter/garlic mixture.Bake until fish is done and flakes easily, about 20-25 minutes.
