Linda’s Crab Stuffed Baked Haddock

2 haddock fillets
1-2 lemons, juiced
2 teaspoons Salt
Butter
36 Ritz Crackers (one sleeve)
8 oz. Crab Meat
1/2 Cup butter melted

Directions

Preheat oven to 350° F. In a small bowl crush crackers finely, add crab and 1 stick melted butter and mix well. Place fillets in baking dish, squirt with lemon and dot with pats of butter. Layer cracker/crab mixture on top of fish in a 1” thick layer. Bake until fish is done and flakes easily, about 20-25 minutes.
