Depending on availability we offer either Flounder or Sole as a flat fish option. Caught in the beautiful, crisp waters of the Gulf of Maine.

Flounder and Sole have a very delicate texture and a light/sweet flounder flavor.

Flounder/Sole fillets are thin and easy to cook in many recipes. Similar to cod, Flounder is slightly sweet.
