These sustainably harvested Mussels are meaty, low in fat, low in calories, and high in vitamins and minerals. Delivered to our market upon harvesting they are always fresh!

They can be served as an appetizer or as a meal all on their own.

There are approximately 12-15 mussels per pound and we recommend a serving size of 1 pound.
