This succulent crab meat is picked from the Maine Rock Crab. Also known as the Sand Crab or Bay Crab a few years ago became commonly referred to as
Peekytoe Crabs. For many years they were just a product in the shadow of the lobster industry but have come to stand on their own as a delicacy.

Great in bisque, cakes, or stuffings. They are best known here on a sandwich.

Fresh and locally picked then frozen.
